Vinyasa Flow
Enjoy flowing seamlessly from asana to asana while incorporating breaths with movements. Challenge your body and calm your mind focusing on your physical movements working at your own pace. Classes generally include warm up, sun salutations, heat building sequence, cool down, and a blissful resting pose (savasana). This is a challenging class, meant to give you a workout. All levels are welcome with modifications offered to level up or level down.

This practice is essential for anyone and everyone as it opens and releases the dormant tension deep within the body that no other practice can provide.
