This class will begin with an invigorating vinyasa flow, where yoga poses are linked with breath and movement to develop strength, balance, and focus. The last 30 minutes will practice yin yoga: long-held, supported poses for deep stretching of muscles and connective tissue.
Bring your own props if you like. (We have props to use at the studio.) 1 block 1 bolster (or bolster-shaped item like a narrow pillow, or even a blanket or towel that can be folded)
