Vinyasa Flow + Yin / Deep Stretch (Heated 80 Degrees)

This class will begin with an invigorating vinyasa flow, where yoga poses are linked with breath and movement to develop strength, balance, and focus. The last 30 minutes will practice yin yoga: long-held, supported poses for deep stretching of muscles and connective tissue.
  • Please bring your own props:
    1 block
    1 bolster (or bolster-shaped item like a narrow pillow, or even a blanket or towel that can be folded)
  • If you don't have props, you can still take class. You can also purchase props through the studio.
