From the very beginning of the retreat she careful coordinated everything, incorporating all of of our pre-retreat communication into personal touches and fine-details throughout the weekend — this was something that made me feel individually valued and appreciated as a participant (I’d disclose more but I don’t want to spoil anything). I couldn’t have been more impressed with the thought she put into everything up to and including roommate pairings, decorations and the weekend schedule. The schedule was organized but relaxed, allowing space to rest and connect while also digging deep. The yoga had variety and was spread out well throughout the other activities. Not to mention, all of this took place in the most beautiful location with incredible food. I would be remissed if I didn’t mention that the timing of this retreat fell perfectly and necessarily into my personal life and I credit that largely to Nicole’s intuition and ability to create a space that yields growth and meaning in any life season. “This retreat was truly transformative and awe inspiring. I arrived at the retreat on the heels of some significant transformation in my life, and this was a lot to hold on my own. So, it was comforting to be in a safe and supportive environment. Little did I know that this retreat was exactly what I needed to move to the next step in my journey. Nicole thoughtfully cultivated a beautiful and uplifting experience with thought and care down to every last detail. The location was serene, the sound bath was calming and the activities to follow were all of my favorite things. The yoga sessions were truly centering as well as challenging. Then, we had the opportunity to enjoy a great hike through the beautiful and peaceful desert terrain. This was followed by a fun trip to the farmers market for some shopping and exploring. Then, free time for the pool, journaling and socializing. There was a chef who prepared amazing healthy meals for us to enjoy while watching the sunset,and we even had some fun evening games and an opportunity to all get to know each other. Overall, the weekend was carefully cultivated to speak to the soul and provide a launch pad for growth, development and introspection.
