Dive into this 75 minute class designed to strengthen your practice by focusing on alignment, allowing you to access more advanced yoga postures. Vinyasa Flow is a practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking body, breath, and movement. These classes are challenging, yet modifications are given for ALL LEVELS of practitioners. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing your body and calming your mind.
Classes will generally be sequenced leading to a more advanced peak pose, while also giving options to add advanced poses throughout the practice. An example would be adding Bakasana (crow) into a sequence early on and possibly moving into Eka Pada (one leg) Bakasana later in the practice.
Newer students will grow a better knowledge of alignment.
Intermediate students fix your bad habits and stick those arm balances and inversions.
Advanced students this is your time to focus inward feel and engage your body and rock those arm balances and inversions.
