Vinyasa Flow (Heated 80*F)

Yoga poses are linked with breath and movement for a strong practice that develops strength, balance, and focus. Classes usually warm up with sun salutations, then lead to more challenging heat building poses and sequences. Classes end with cool down, savasana, and meditative relaxation.
