Flow through gentle poses in serene candlelight. The first half of class includes movement and breath to warm you up and stretch your body. The last half of class includes calming restorative poses for deep relaxation. Bring your own props if you like. (We also have props to use at the studio.) 1 block 1 bolster (or bolster-shaped item like a narrow pillow, or even a blanket or towel that can be folded) Great class for beginners!
